I explained that I understood my PDR and that my hyper/hypo-tensive episode led to my problem but the Doc seemed to ignore that layed out that diabetic control was needed.

She needed to do the eye test on me, not the tech.

Dr jones was very good and this is 1st time I've ever experienced this. I'll never let that tech ever touch my one good eye.

Dr.Jones let me list 3 questions I had prior to her exam so I wouldn't forget and then addressed those questions as the exam progressed and tge answers were available to her.

Covid is still an alarming issue and I do not feel that the front office personnel are contributing to the safety of the patients in a professional manner allowing people to enter without masks and coming to work with very alarming symptoms such as excessive coughing.

Thankful for the kindness and care that I received. I consider both were the highest quality.

Love this practice. I have eye issues but they always treat me with respect and are extremely helpful.

DR did not rush but explained things clearly.

after years of experience with this provider I am now looking elsewhere due to suspicions of professionalism at this clinic.

Love everything about your plan but the billing department has been a problem. Can't get it together.

There seemed to be some confusion as to what I owed and when and to whom I should pay it. This was possibly partly due to the surgery center asking only for copay and not their portion of the Panoptix lens.

I have been coming here for a number of years. From the time you or greeted at the front desk do your appointment is over and you walking out the front door everyone is very courteous.
