At CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic – San Antonio Preventive and Diagnostic Medicine, Dr. Richard Clemons is dedicated to the wellness of adult and geriatric patients.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Clemons provides a patient-centered care approach with an emphasis on the prevention of potential medical problems and complications, disease management, screening, testing, and education. Dr. Clemons listens to his patients and takes the appropriate time to address their health-related concerns.
Dr. Clemons pursues continuously updated medical education through peer-reviewed resources and consults them frequently with regard to patient care. He has been honored to serve as the Executive Medical Director for AT&T up until his retirement from that company in 2018 and served as an Associate Medical Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Clemons is a parishioner at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in San Antonio and serves on the Board of Catholic Charities.
