Robert Chang, PhD, is a board-certified medical psychologist. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies and a minor in Spanish, from The Pennsylvania State University. He obtained his Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University, an APA Accredited University. Dr. Chang continued on to earn a postdoctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Farleigh Dickinson University, where he also completed a postdoctoral practicum at Ft. Peck, Indian Health Services.
