Roger Pearce, MD, provides adults with comprehensive medical care. In addition to diagnosing and treating health conditions, he offers quality primary care that thoroughly evaluates your condition, assesses your needs, and provides tailored diagnoses and treatments. He addresses many complex medical conditions affecting the heart, lungs, kidneys, digestive, and endocrine systems. Dr. Pearce is passionate about educating his patients and providing preventive care to prevent illnesses and detect health problems early.

Additionally, he has served as Assistant Professor of Medicine in general internal medicine practice at UTHealth East Texas, Tyler, TX, since July 2022. He has also been acting as a preceptor for the internal medicine residency outpatient clinic since September 2022. Additionally, he has been a facilitator for Teaching Outstanding Physician Skills at UT Tyler School of Medicine since July 2023.

He and his wife Lindsay have been married for nineteen years and have five children. Before relocating to Texas in 2022, they lived on 160 acres in rural Clearwater County, Minnesota. During their time there, they spent most of their short summers at their lake cabin on Clearwater Lake in northern Minnesota, where they enjoyed chasing fireflies and catching toads. Over the past 19 years, he has dabbled in caring for cattle, sheep, miniature horses, and honeybees. In his spare time, he enjoys big game hunting and fishing. Additionally, he occasionally enjoys volunteering on Saturday mornings at Bethesda Health Clinic.
