I cannot recall the lovely young lady who took the time to work with me but she also works in Lindale. It is a powerful thing to have a person with medical background allow me to be comfortable and take the time to be thorough with data collection for my health records. My experience was a new prong to the Medicare support for senior health but this young woman handled it like it was a routine and perfectly normal part of the often tangled Medicare healthcare system. I really appreciated her professionalism and especially liked her ability to make my personal care seem like her #1 job for the day. Great experience!

Dr. Wadle is always available to me for whatever I may need. He speaks to me on a personal level fully explaining what treatments he wants to do and why. If I need a referral I am usually contacted the very next day.

All good. But follow up is poor at best. Why? A nurse/person did call for me get a prescription. We talked and decided to try and treat with exercises and diet. She said she would send me information on that process. I have not got anything. As of today. So two weeks gone by. Other follow up in the past have been poor as well. Is the system not complete?
