My issue was resolved in five minutes with the physician, but there was too much wait time to get there.

Both Dr. Chun and Rich Cook are fantastic

Again, lengthy delay in seeing us without explanation seemed to be a lack of respect and concern. It would have been mitigated with contact from staff or from Dr. Chun himself as he was clearly available.

The specialist Dr. Chun was so uncaring l was upset. I was offered no pain meds, no sling, no information about how much ibuprofen to take. Took 5 minutes and he was gone. His nurse was wonderful. I am thankful he saw me right away. He is just fill of himself.

Staff came and went prior to, during and following the procedure. I had no idea who to expect next or when.

Dr. Chun made suggestions for stretching out the muscle to help prevent future issues. Most appreciated.

Put yourself in my shoes. What would you feel like if you suddenly couldn't do surgery because one of your hands doesn't work. And the provider I front of you doesn't take you seriously. Your recommendation of not using my splint caused my finger to lock very painfully. Hence the reason why I made it.

Follow up care and being able to schedule an appointment is very difficult. I was on hold to make an appointment for 45 minutes. Took 3 months to get an appointment.

The Hely&Weber brace does not seem to have had any effect. Other braces I have tried have provided relief when I could wear them enough.

Impressed with the courtesy I was given. Short wait time to be seen. Good information about my problem and honest prognosis about any possible improvement.

The uniqueness of finger & hand medicine is very delicate. Dr. Chun and staff instill a high level of trust for the patient.

It’s better than average

fasting for over 24 hours was extremely difficult and made finding my veins for the IV hurtful. I wish there was a better way.

I am on a waiting list for a surgery at CSVH. Very disheartening that CSVH is so short-handed.

Signage at office entrance can be confusing for first-time patients. $45 copay for a 10 min. exam after waiting 2 months to schedule an appointment seems excessive.

Front desk staff dispassionate and dismissive; assaying nurse forgot about iodine allergy and pulled out betadine and put it on the pre gauze. Had to toss it when I reminded her. Been there many times. She was functioning on auto pilot. Not all present.
