Scott Robertson, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon with over 30 years of experience. He focuses on educating patients and their families, providing compassionate care, and ensuring safety throughout the treatment process. Dr. Robertson emphasizes conservative management whenever possible but recognizes when surgical intervention is necessary. He will conduct thorough reviews of your medical history before initiating any treatment.
With over two decades of international experience in training and teaching neurosurgeons, Dr. Robertson is a proud member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the International Society of Minimally Invasive Techniques in Neurosurgery (ISMINS). He has authored and co-authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and scientific publications as a subject matter expert. His career includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida and consulting for the NBA, NFL, NHL, PGA, and Olympic athletes.
As a lifelong learner and expert in neurosurgery, Dr. Robertson continues to enhance his skills through ongoing training and workshops, including AANS Neuroendoscopic Training, NASS Spinal Injections I & II Techniques, Oblique Lumbar Interbody Fusion Surgery, Medtronic Cervical Arthroplasty, and advanced spine surgery techniques.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading mystery novels, spending time outdoors, hiking, and being with family and friends.
