I was impressed with Dr Hale and I'm not easily impressed with doctors. But he was very attentive and asked questions and answered questions. Knew immediately what treatment was needed and what future tests would be useful. Dr Hale didn't rush like most doctors do, that made me feel more comfortable with him and trusting him.
