I feel the entire appointment could have been done virtually. There was no physical exam. Just discussion of blood test results take a week earlier in the week. I spent 2 hours of the day traveling to and from and felt it was unnecessary.

I ASKED SPECIFICALLY WHAT EACH OF THE DRUGS I WAS TAKING WAS FOR AND HE EXPLAINED IT TO MY SATISFACTION.

Prescribed a medication which no one with heart PVC’s should ever take.

She Mrs. Janna made us feel right at home.

Wish there was faster service

I resent being put in a room and spending 45 minutes there only to be seen by a PA.

He gives helpful information to his patients.

A very patience personalable personality and very knowledgeable communications to the patient.

Mr. Jones fixed my issues in short order. I am now normalized after many uncomfortable years! Kudos!

I couldn’t have asked for better care

You need to work on not being rude because their was a comuncation for me being and it wasn’t my fault for what your staff not doing what you told them to do. So I hope things will be better the next time I come.

PA had great personality and was responsive in a very positive way to all of my questions and concerns. He let me know he was a phone call away at anytime. I didn’t get the feeling I was being given face time and pushed out. Never have in Dr. Kirkpatrick’s office or my primary care physician’s office Dr. Coltman.
