Dr Patel order ultrasound and as of today have not received a call to schedule an appointment. Not very timely on scheduling testing.

Lab took 40 wait time for labs ordered after physician office wait time 30 min. More than one person with the patient in the waiting room. Extra people and children could wait on the first floor. I had to stand in pain with an injured knee.

Dr Patel (unsure of spelling) was very informative and spoke in layman terms and not medical jargon. Liked her very much.

Ensure you know what time your appointment is and double check because if you are even a couple of minutes late you will be punished or not be able to see doctor at all!
