Meet Tanya Crail, RD

Tanya Crail, MPH, RD, LD, is a highly experienced dietitian at CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, where she supports both the cardiology and cardiometabolic teams. With a background in community health education and extensive experience in nutritional counseling and telehealth, Tanya is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition plans. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach. She also completed post-baccalaureate work in Nutrition and Food Management at Oregon State University and a Dietetic Internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Tanya is a registered and licensed dietitian in Texas with additional certifications in adult weight management and informatics. Her expertise spans various areas, including managing chronic diseases like diabetes and kidney disease, providing nutritional education and support for heart health, and developing individualized meal plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
