Bedside manner needs improvement. A better process needs to be in place for patients of a physician that had left the practice

Better communication

The providers have never been an issue. They can only do as well as their front staff informs them.

The practice is overall clean and tidy and we always feel comfortable.

Listen to the parents. Some parents overreact but I think I know what I’m talking about being I see these types of sick babies everyday and treat them. Along with the fact that I live with my daughter and see a clear status change that’s progressing slowly to an ER visit or admission

Instructions were given on how to utilize the medication while in the room but then written for the wrong medication.

The front desk lady almost violating the HIPPA law and almost requiring us to fill out a medical history page and acting rude and belligerent is the cause of these low marks.

She is excellent!

Dr. Rackley and staff has always been polite and patient. Only one thing I was told I had a past due balance of $56.00 from a previous visit and I had no knowledge of. Rep told me it was from 2019..I said mam we are approaching 2022 and I am barely being told about this. I didn't want to delay appointment or the person waiting behind me. I asked why wasn't I informed about this long ago? She replied we got a new system. She then apologized so I paid but it was a inconvince. I have been at clinic countless times surely someone could have let me know.

Dr. Rackley's energy to see her patient was really appreciated. She shared some good sleep training tips to us and really explained our child's development.

She was great! She answered my questions and told me everything I needed to know about my child

We switched over pediatrician's at the advice of another specialist of our son's. I am certainly glad we made the switch to Dr. Rackley.
