Meet Traci Rizk, FNP-C

Mrs. Rizk graduated from Texas Women’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Lamar University in 2015. Traci completed her Nurse Practitioner Certification from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX in May of 2018 and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in June of 2018.

She has thirty-seven years of nursing experience, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International, Honor Society of Nursing, and is a great asset to our practice!
