Meet William Garre III, MD

Board-certified physician William Garre, M.D. provides exceptional personalized care for his patients. He specializes in full-scope family medicine and is adept at addressing all your primary care needs.

Dr. Garre welcomes patients of all ages, pediatrics through geriatrics, for acute conditions as well as managing chronic disease. He offers patient assessments, preventative care, annual wellness, and wound care with an emphasis on whole person treatment. 

He is a member of several medical associations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), the Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP), the Texas Medical Association (TMA), the Catholic Medical Association (CMA) and, also serves as a Community Volunteer Faculty Member in the Department of Family Medicine with UT Tyler School of Medicine.

Dr. Garre considers it a calling to practice medicine, like his father before him. He pursued required courses to enter medical school, beyond earning his Bachelor and Master Degrees, over the duration of his 20-year military career. On the same day he retired from service as a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force, he attended his white coat ceremony and began his journey into medicine. Dr. Garre is passionate about his family, faith and flying. In his free time, he likes to barbecue, tinker on his classic car and fly his vintage airplane.
