I wasn't there to discuss knee replacement I wanted to understand what is going on with my knee but his disinterest in me overshadowed the visit.

He and his staff respond promptly to every phone call or text. He even gave me his personal cell in case I needed him. I didn’t have to use it, but that was above and beyond care.

May be I didn't like hearing the truth, that he wouldn't do hip surgery on me unless I lost weight. Weight is a sensitive topic that I wasn't expecting to hear, but I do appreciate his concern with my health and possible problems by having extra weight. They were able to get me into a weight management program.

Dr Phillips was very attentive and was looking out for what would be best for my lifestyle and normal routine

Is picky on infections as I had a tiny scratch on knee and had to postpone for a month but happy he did. Incision healed quickly

I will always refer patients to him. Julie his nurse is a very kind and special lady

The doctor and provider are good. The biggest complaint I have is with the financial department. I gave them $6500 for my copay but the day of my surgery I found out this was going to be a workman comp claim. It has been over 5 months and I have not been reimbursed my copay despite me calling and emailing. I have never been called back and only had a response by email twice.
