She never listens. Then when I go back with the same complaint she has nothing to say. I tell her she never listens to me

The nurse taking care of me is good 👍 she take my blood work real well even though I have a hard vein some can’t even get my blood they have to call nurse upstairs to get my blood👎

I wanted a sleep rx and she gave me an antihistamine which I knew would not work for insomnia. I will talk to her about it more on follow up. Only complaint.

Her eye contact amplifies her sincere compassion for the welfare of the person in her exam room and her ability to listen to every word her patient utters.

Mrs. Delk is a new patient for this provider and hasn’t had opportunity for enough patient/provider interaction to rate higher. Longview internal medicine as a whole has been disappointing.

Parking lot needs to be clean - litter picked up and parking lot re striped

Downfall is sometimes my calls are not returned

She looks at me as if I don’t belong or like she just don’t like me. This makes it hard for me to go to any appointment.
