Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists work with the patient’s physician to develop a treatment program specifically designed for that patient. By combining clinical expertise with a compassionate treatment philosophy, we have created a program known for its quality of care.

Referral Process

We work under the guidance of qualified physicians. Once a physician provides a signed order for care, we will schedule an evaluation and initiate therapy services. We need a signed order from your doctor. Once we receive this, we can schedule your evaluation.

A patient can either bring their physician referral, or the doctor may fax it to the Rehabilitation Institute at (512) 753-3541.
