Marianne Rios, PA-C was born in Tamuning, Guam and grew up in College Station, Texas. Her love for medicine came from watching her physician parents work in clinics and deliver babies in hospitals. She completed her medical training at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley serving patients along the Texas-Mexico border. As a nationally certified and licensed Physician Assistant, she provides acute care, manages chronic conditions, performs physicals, and provides preventative care. She has a special interest in health education and counseling to truly empower patients about their health.
With a multi-racial and multi-cultural background, Marianne recognizes the need for compassionate care that sees persons as individuals with unique needs. As a Catholic, she upholds CHRISTUS’ mission of extending Jesus’ healing ministry, and values the opportunity to serve her patients daily. She works to develop long lasting relationships with her patients built on trust, professionalism, and providing health excellence.
