Not only does Dr. Cohen explain things he provides additional reading material for me to review at home to help me make decisions about my healthcare.

Dr. Cohen is an excellent doctor.

I say this respectfully. Dr Cohen seems to be running behind at most of my visits. I don’t mind waiting for him but I would also like to have more time once he is in the room.

DR COHEN WAS ALWAYS HELD BY ME IN HIGH ESTEEM FOR THE 25 YEARS AS MY DOCTOR THAT IS WHY I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE TIME THAT I WAS LEFT UNATTENDED.

I started seeing Dr. Cohen at the age of 21. I am now 48 years old. He has watched me grow from being a young adult to an Middle age lady now. He has seen my ups and downs with battling with Lupus. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cohen to someone else who is battling Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.

He is a very good doctor.

Thank goodness for Drs like Dr Cohen who is more concerned with patient care than he is about administrative quotas!

Shorter wait time and/or additional rheumatology Dr. to alleviate the patient load.

Dr. Cohen is an excellent professional rheumatologist whom I have been seeing for 30 years or more and Crystal is and excellent nurse. He takes good care of me. My only complaint is that I must wait an hour or longer.

The wait is not acceptable. You have an appt. and have to wait 1 hour and a 1/2. He should not over book as he does. It makes for unpleasant time. By the time you get in to see Dr. you are angry.

I don't think it is respectful to have your patients wait so long and not even apologize or even acknowledge the inconvenience.

He listened and explained questions I asked.

The only negative would be that he’s always 1 hour behind and the receptionist insist that you arrive at the same time

Overall my 1st visit to Christus was awesome

Nothing to add. He does not follow up with his patients. He was to let me know about medication after labs were back but he has not done that.

He needs to see his patients on time. Some of us have jobs and take off a 1/2 of day then turning into a whole day. We lose PTO and money. Ridiculous!!

Dr. Cohen is always concerned and focused on his work/the patient when you are with him. I never feel like he is rushed or trying to move through my appointment quickly. He listens and we work together for solutions that are best suited for me.

I have several doctors and I consider Dr. Cohen my mind day. He genuinely cares about my well-being.

Don’t triple book appointments- he spends time with each patient- that is good. But scheduled f three at same time leads to back ups that are unreasonable for scheduled appointments.

Please shorten the waiting time and overall appointment time. It is very hard for patients with certain conditions to physically get through an appointment.

Only thing is getting prescriptions sent to right place.

I like him enough to drive 160 miles round trip for each quarterly appointment. That should say a lot.

It bothers me for the receptionist to tell you when you check in the required 15 before your appointment that the doc is already an hour behind and it’s just 10 in the morning and all the time your allowed is 10 minutes to explain all your complaints for the last six months
