Gina has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years teaching beginner level to competitive level swimming and coaching endurance sports. Her goal as a trainer to help you build a solid exercise technique before adding speed or power to stay injury free and enjoy the process. Gina can help you get ready for your next triathlon, get in shape, reach and maintain goals, and stay on track in the gym and in the kitchen.
Gina has a bachelor's degree from UT Tyler and races IRONMAN and mountain biking events. She is making plans to pursue her master’s degree from Sam Houston State in Human Performance and loves learning and applying her passion for fitness to her own life and those around her.
