Lab Results (immediate release), Radiology Results (after 72 hours), Pathology Results (after 72 hours), Problems (diagnosis) & Procedures List, Medication List, Allergy, Immunizations, Copy of Visit Summary and Discharge Instructions available for download, Operative & Procedure Reports (including EGD and Colonoscopies), Physician Admit Notes & Discharge Summaries, Cardiac Studies (Echo, Stress Tests, Catherizations), Consult Notes by Specialists, Personal Demographics, Emergency Contact Info and the ability to update Password.

Access to the medical records of services rendered by the family practice, pediatric and specialty care outpatient clinics.
