Emergency Center in Henderson, TX

Extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ in Rusk County

In Spring of 2024, CHRISTUS Health broke ground on a new, state-of-the-art standalone emergency center in Henderson, expanding compassionate and exceptional care to the area. Located just south of Wylie Elementary on U.S. Highway 259, construction on the 12,500 square-foot facility is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks, with a projected completion date of fall 2025. The new facility features around-the-clock emergency services, including 17 total beds, 13 exam rooms, four triage rooms, state-of-the-art full-service imaging and onsite laboratory services.

The emergency center is in addition to the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic location on Zeid Boulevard in serving the city of Henderson, Rusk County and surrounding communities. The expansion to Henderson is the third announced expansion from CHRISTUS Health in East Texas, joining Mount Pleasant and Palestine.
