You'll gain comprehensive insights into the childbirth process through engaging videos, birth stories, animations, and interactive tools. Take notes and jot down questions to bring to the live session.
- Interactive In-person Classes: For the second half, you’ll join our certified childbirth educator for a live, in-person session at CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center. Here, you'll engage in hands-on activities and discussions and practice labor techniques. Connect with other expectant families, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance to prepare you for the birth of your baby.
