Unlock your athletic potential this summer! The CHRISTUS Human Performance Center is offering an exciting lineup of age-specific sports performance training programs tailored to help young athletes improve speed, strength, agility, and overall performance.

Whether you're just starting out or an experienced athlete aiming to compete at higher levels, our structured summer sessions are designed with a science-based approach to athletic development, led by certified coaches and trainers.

Jump Start (Ages 8–11)

A perfect entry point for young athletes building a foundation in movement and performance.

  • Session Options:
    1x/week: $125/month or $300 paid in full
    2x/week: $150/month or $325 paid in full
    Unlimited: $175/month or $400 paid in full
  • Schedule:
    Monday – Friday: 11 AM – 12 PM | 2 – 3 PM | 5:30 – 6:30 PM
    Saturday: 11 AM – 12 PM

Development (Ages 12–14)

For athletes ready to take their training to the next level with a focus on coordination and strength.

  • Session Options:
    1x/week: $125/month or $300 paid in full
    2x/week: $150/month or $325 paid in full
    Unlimited: $175/month or $400 paid in full
  • Schedule:
    Monday – Friday: 10 – 11 AM | 1 – 2 PM | 4:30 – 5:30 PM
    Saturday: 10 – 11 AM

Advanced (Ages 15–18)

High-intensity sessions for seasoned athletes aiming for peak performance.

  • Session Options:
    1x/week: $140/month or $325 paid in full
    2x/week: $200/month or $450 paid in full
    Unlimited: $250/month or $525 paid in full
  • Schedule:
    Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 12 PM | 1:30 – 3 PM | 5 – 6:30 PM
    Saturday: 10:30 AM – 12 PM
