What does this mean to you?

Hospital services as of Saturday, March 2, 2024, will now be included in your monthly statement for both Hospital and Physician. You can also set up one payment plan in MyCHRISTUS or by calling Customer Service at our toll-free number 800-422-0490 or login to your MyCHRISTUS account.

For previous hospital services provided before March 1, 2024, please continue to make a payment or set up a payment plan by reaching out to 800-877-8623 or online.


Frequently Asked Questions

What does this migration from Meditech to EPIC mean? What should patients expect?  

All services after  March 2, 2024, will now be combined so you can see  hospital bills included with your clinic bills. You will be able to easily pay your bill through your MyCHRISTUS account. 

For services received prior to March 1, 2024, you will need to make a payment or set up a payment plan online through our Persona  Portal.

Am I going to get multiple bills? 

Yes, you will see your original bills for accounts before Saturday, March 2, 2024, and you will see new hospital billing statements for any services after March 2, 2024. 


Who are the statements coming from? 

They will continue to come from CHRISTUS Health.

What do the new billing statements look like? 

Your billing statements will look similar except you will now see clinic services also listed. 

How can I differentiate which statement is for which account? 

For the previous statement before Saturday, March 2, 2024 account numbers started with an alpha prefix. For new statements after March 2, 2024 account numbers will all be listed under the same statement.

Do I need to send payments to a different place(s)? 

Please refer to your statement for mailed in payment address. For online payments for accounts prior to Saturday, March 2, 2024 please use the PersonaPay Portal. For online payments for accounts after March 2, 2024 please use the MyCHRISTUS Portal.

Can I setup one payment plan for all accounts regardless of which system they’re in? 

Unfortunately, no, you will continue to make payments towards your original accounts prior to Saturday, March 2, 2024 {not including clinic accounts} and make new payments or create new payment plans for any services after March 2, 2024.


If I’m already setup on a Payment Plan, can I add new accounts to the same payment plan? 
Depending on the dates of service you may add additional accounts to your payment plan. For further clarification please call 800-422-0490
If I need to set up separate payment plans can I send one payment for all? 

At this time, each payment will need to be applied specifically to individual payment plans that have been set up.
