Yes. We are still available to see you at all of our primary care and specialty locations. However, to protect against the spread of infectious disease, we are asking ALL patients to complete the eCheck-in process (found on MyChart) prior to visits. This will minimize the need to handle paper and writing utensils upon your visit. You might also consider turning on the location notifications on your mobile device, allowing us to greet you when you arrive and automatically check you in using our “Hello Patient” feature. If you have completed all of the eCheck-in tasks ahead of time, you can take a seat in the waiting room without needing to visit the front desk.
Moreover, because our goal is to ensure our clinics continue to be safe places, we are implementing new visitation restrictions. Visitors are defined as “essential, vital, or necessary to the patient’s/client’s/resident’s care and well-being.” Caregivers accompanying patients to the clinic will be restricted to one person per patient, and will be screened based on CDC guidelines to make certain they do not infect others at our clinic.
