Contract Workers

Human Resources department verifies that qualifications and hospital requirements are met by Patient Care and Non-Patient Contract Workers assigned to any CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System facility. This site is designed for Approved Vendors and Contract Workers to access processing forms and orientation requirements.

BEFORE THE START DATE (no exceptions):  Contract Workers new to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System must complete and email the processing information forms to SRHC.HR.contractworkers@christushealth.org and meet the orientation requirements below:

Upon receipt of all required documents, the HR Representative will notify Vendor/Contract Worker to stop by the Security office to take their Photo ID.  Once all items have been completed, contract worker may begin working at the facility.
