Allied Health Program

CHRISTUS Good Shepherd

At CHRISTUS Good Shepherd, we are creating the health care leaders of tomorrow, right here at home.

Our Mission

It is our goal to build the capability of health professionals from entry-level to leadership positions. As part of the program, we work with a variety of school districts and academic programs to further enhance their opportunities for community and business partnerships as well as assisting these programs in the further development of their goals.

Our Vision

The goal of the CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Allied Health Program is to develop a solid program that creates dedicated pathways and funnels for the recruitment and retention of talent for CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Health System.

Student Learning Opportunities

CHRISTUS Good Shepherd is excited to have students come and explore the many different options waiting for them in health care. We provide students with the experience of a lifetime, whether that be behind the scenes in education, administration, laboratory, or in the trenches with the nursing staff and other health care providers. It is our mission to extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by reaching students in our community. CHRISTUS Good Shepherd is offering students the chance to discover their interests and prepare them for the future.
