Appropriate Candidates for Cardiac Rehabilitation

Participation in a medically supervised cardiac rehab program has been shown to significantly improve survival rates and lower the risk of future heart attacks. A physician referral is required to participate, but we can assist in requesting one if needed.

You may be a candidate for cardiac rehab if you have experienced:

  • A recent heart attack
  • Angioplasty or coronary stenting
  • Open-heart surgery, including bypass, transplant, or valve surgery
  • Stable angina
  • Congestive heart failure

What To Expect

Our program offers:

  • Phase 2 Cardiac Rehab: Monitored sessions tailored to your condition.
  • Phase 3 Cardiac Rehab: Non-monitored sessions for ongoing maintenance and fitness.

Through personalized physical activities and lifestyle education, we help you make lasting changes. Topics include nutrition, stress management, and smoking cessation. You’ll be closely monitored by medical professionals to ensure safety and adjust your plan as needed.
